My purchase didn't go through — what do I do?

First, try restoring purchases: open the game → Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, your purchase may still be pending on Apple's side. Check your Apple ID receipt in the App Store app (tap your profile → Purchase History). If you were charged but didn't receive the item, email us with your Apple Order ID and we'll make it right.

I lost my progress after reinstalling

Game progress is saved locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled, your save should have synced automatically. To check: Settings → [your name] → iCloud → ensure the game is listed and enabled. If progress is lost and iCloud didn't restore it, email us with your device model and roughly how far you were — we may be able to help.

The rewarded video ad didn't give me my reward

If you watched an ad but didn't receive the 2× bonus, it's usually a network hiccup. Force-quit and reopen the game — your offline earnings will still be there and you can try the ad again. If this happens repeatedly, let us know your device model and iOS version.

How do I cancel my Season Pass subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. To cancel: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find Space Mine Tycoon, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep benefits until the end of the current billing period.

The game is crashing on launch

Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If it continues crashing, make sure your iOS is up to date (we require iOS 16.0+). If the problem persists, email us with your device model and iOS version — crash reports help us fix issues quickly.

I found a bug

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
